And the quest continues. The quest for the perfect manbag that is, and while doing my rounds at Colette, I spotted this, the Valextra Sac. First impressions count and I was smitten by its clean lines and handsome good looks. Almost 90% cotton canvas, the bag is trimmed with leather, as are the handles and shoulder strap. Rounding it off are the 2 front pockets and the zipper closure on top, which also allows you to lock it if necessary.
Frankly this is one of the bags I would definitely consider getting, even the fact that colour attracts dirt easily did not deter me much (I'll just have to take extra care of it). But I did a double-take when I found out it costs SGD4200. Not for everyone, but for those who can afford it, what's a couple thousand more for a piece of handcrafted luxury?
